Reflection

Reflection Sample

As part of MAPEH IV, Music, Art, Physical Education and health, we were assigned the task of our Instructor to dance for feldemonstration’s for our curriculum in MAPEH IV, in which we would dance  all sections to perform and we was able to build and present a successful presentation. In which our Teacher Mr. Danny O. Baldos is the Indicator for our dance. The dance Presentation was well organized to be not spanked by our indicator and embarrassed to everyone before the month of October is coming, the practice was started every day and there are types of songs for the dance included the popular song “Gangnam Style” in Korean version and never be lost the Native dance. He also taught us like holding “sarok” steps, movements and counting numbers. And it was the hardest day of everyone who wouldn’t do a very good dance included me. And I thought to back out because I was so embarrassed to show myself around that I could not dance well. But I tried my best to be not a burden of everyone to show my classmates that always mocking my builder body. But I can dance even if it is unbending Body or hard but for the sake of my grades I would and the miracle of god’s mercy, I did it locally.
I really liked and so excited to perform the dance activity in the part of starting till the end because many people like our costume, when the dance begin I heard shouting and screaming I thought it was a teased but I am wrong but they are very proud and they said “that is NATIONAL” and it was the time that I feel my body as like shouting with full of energy and jumping of happiness. It was show me even what we are ,who we are and what we came from if we pursue, trust and be confident  ourselves the impossible would be possible.
I would try to be confident of everything and help everyone how to be a good dancer. I think it might also be interesting to teach dance started with my sister and brother.
By participating in this MAPEH IV project, I learned about of collaboration, flexible, participate well, deligent, patience & emphasize the moves and steps that I need to place in words one is collaboration. I learned that collaborating with everyone can be challenging by the effort of my classmate Jonathan M. he teach me the few steps of dance, it makes the whole process run much easier. Flexibility is importance for the dance more practice and exercise for that. Diligent and Industrious is a must every day of practiced. Participate well and needs to know what the goal and some kind of agreed to became good and then receive construction feedback rather than criticism. Must have patience to be not swipe or chastise by our instructor.
This project taught me how important is not to let myself down, I learned about myself as a student of a school was how to work together and experience a small taste of learning. I learned to expressed my feeling and expand my Ideas to know what value to trust myself and had never lost hope I learned how to be patient because of our instructor a little bit of terror by that time for the sake of best performance. I learned that this presentation was a good source of practice for the future and upcoming performance.
I should be able to collaborate the others in the future to teach them how important collaborating with others. Everyone should know that dance is not for selected people but for everyone. Pursuing, hoping and diligent a better dance is possible.
